Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

For your dog’s safety, be sure to properly use our products, which includes sufficiently tightening the Buddy Buddy around the bully stick and using only our bully sticks. Our bully sticks have been hand-selected to fit with our Bully Buddy. If bully sticks from other vendors are used in the Bully Buddy, the sticks may not fit properly and could be removed from the Bully Buddy by your dog during use. Pets should be supervised while enjoying our products.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
